What is Desiccant / Anti-Gas Masterbatch?

We produce high-performance anti-gas and desiccant systems to eliminate pores, voids, and surface defects encountered in plastic processing, especially in the use of recycled polymers and moisture-sensitive raw materials. The high-purity active calcium oxide components in our formulations chemically bind the moisture within the polymer melt, preventing gas and vapor formation at high temperatures. Recommended Dosage

In standard productions with low moisture content: 1.0% - 2.0%
In film extrusion (to prevent tearing and fish eyes): 1.5% - 3.0%
In processing high-moisture and recycled (PCR/PIR) materials: 2.0% - 5.0%
